News from the SD-WAN Summit

The agenda: BT, Telefonica and Telstra jump on board.


One of the most attended session of the Summit, («Telco deployment and experiences» ) gains major carrier representants with BT, Telefonica and Telstra. Anne Gaëlle Santos, Product Manager at BT , will discuss the development of a multivendor approach to SD-WAN as part of an integrated network solution which meets the needs of the different use cases of multinational organisations. Simon Niland, Managed Network Specialist at Telstra, will describe the recently launched «Programmable Network solution» which incorporates SD-WAN technologies.

Current operators presence also include Verizon, Orange, Tata Communications, Colt, Telia and Exponential E.

The industrial sponsors: welcome Riverbed and Ixia Riverbed and Ixia join the already rich industrial support list. The exhibition, close to the conference, will offer a live description of the current SD-WAN industrial ecosystem.

Exhibitiors and sponsors list include for now: Huawei, Versa, Aruba, Cato Networks, Citrix, Cradelpoint, Infovista, Nuage Networks, silver peak, Velocloud, Viptela, 128 Technology, Talari and Viprinet. Other actors will join the club next September.
