Cystelcom Sistemas, a supplier of 3G mobile video solutions, unveiled the latest innovations from their Veedia 3G Mobile Video Solutions line at Mobile World Congress.
Cystelcom’s solutions extend real-time bi-directional 3G mobile video and multimedia services to any 3G or SIP device using video calling.
Among the new solutions presented at MWC was the Veedia Video Conference Bridge, which provides an easy and affordable way to bridge H.323/SIP devices, 3G handsets and Adobe Flash-based web video conferencing. This union provides a new access channel for video conferencing users with no need to install any specific client software.
Cystelcom also revealed a new Veedia platform technology that powers services like It’sMyVideo, a video messaging application integrated with the Facebook platform that enables online and mobile video messaging using video calling. Users can send and receive private video messages on Facebook—to one friend or to groups of friends— and from any 3G phone, without having to install any application on their device.
The application provides a new way to promote video calling services, facilitating content generation and communication among Facebook users, and enabling new business models with complementary services via premium SMS, PayPal or advertising.
Cystelcom Sistemas CEO stated, “We’re thrilled to be able to participate again this year in the most important mobile event in the world. It’s an unparalleled opportunity to gain international exposure, establish new business contacts and develop new business opportunities.”
