The call centre Movilnet intends to establish is set to provide customers with 24x7 access to services, products and account information. The centre is expected to handle 1.3 million calls per month, which equals approximately 4.3 million minutes per month. In particular, Unisys is providing the infrastructure, service professionals and technology required to run the call centre. Unisys has for the last four years been supplying call centre outsourcing services to Movilnet's sister company, Compañía Anónima Nacional Telefonos de Venezuela (CANTV). CANTV and Movilnet are both owned by Corporación CANTV.
