Believed to be the
Digicel's subscribers can now welcome the benefit of being able to seamlessly access voicemail services from abroad, while visitors to any of Digicel's markets can now access their own home services.
When travelling abroad Digicel's customers will no longer be charged for incoming calls when they are not available, as these will be delivered directly into their voice mailbox free of charge. Roamware's Voicemail Call Completion and CLI Guarantee also ensure that callers can seamlessly leave voicemails without the need to re-enter phone numbers.
International visitors to the Digicel network will enjoy a reliable Virtual Home Environment experience with Roamware Short Codes, which enable inbound roaming subscribers to continue to use the abbreviated codes assigned by their carrier to access their local services such as voicemail. Smart Call Assistant allows roamers to use the numbers in their phonebook as they would at home by automatically adding the international access codes if missing.
