Brazilian telecommunications company Algar Telecom, a telecommunications and technology company belonging to the Algar Group, has just launched Controle de Ponto, an electronic timesheet digitalization solution, developed in partnership with Tangerino, a company specializing in workday management technology.

The solution was created for micro and small companies (MPE), a segment that lacks automation of the journey management, and has data stored in the cloud and an intuitive and agile interface.

The company emphasizes that “Time Control” helps to eliminate costs of acquisition, maintenance and updating of traditional equipment. In addition, the system is encrypted, ensuring the veracity of information.

With the technology, employees can register the time 100% digitally, remotely, safely and quickly: just access the solution on a smartphone application, enter the PIN code and take a photograph of the face to make the start of the journey official process, which takes about 10 seconds.

For managers, the tool allows complete control of employees' working hours in a simple way, in a system that can be accessed on any device and with the ability to generate intelligence reports that provide insights to optimize the operation.
