Indonesian digital communications company Indosat Ooredoo and Groundhog Technologies, a Mobility Intelligence provider, are developing an on-demand advertising software platform Programmatic, which aims to provide data-driven digital advertising solutions that help marketers achieve optimal advertising of Advertising Services.
