Solomon Islands operator Our Telekom is partnering with Oracle for an end-to-end digital transformation initiative.
The operator aims to digitise customer engagement and accelerate time-to-market for new products and services in its home market. This initiative spans the entire customer lifecycle—from service registration and provisioning to digitally coordinated service delivery—with real-time notifications and support through self-care portals and live digital interactions.

The transformation will see Our Telekom implement Oracle Cloud Scale Billing and Oracle Unified Operations—solutions that bring together advanced monetisation and service fulfilment on a communications-grade platform. The project will be executed and supported in close collaboration with Oracle Customer Solutions for Industry.
