Jinny providing managed services across all LIME Caribbean operations

Jinny Software has signed a multi-year agreement with CWI Caribbean (LIME) to provide messaging platforms across its operation.

LIME is a leading provider of landline, internet, mobile and entertainment services, serving the communities of the Caribbean Islands including: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago and the Grenadines and Turks & Caicos.

Jinny will deliver and manage the latest releases of the Jinny SMSC, Messaging Gateway and Filtering Engine to provide enhanced and secure services to the LIME subscriber base across the region. A fully geo-redundant deployment will ensure availability and performance of service at all times. The Jinny Cloud MMSC service will also be provided under the contract.
