CBOSS Supports Re-branding of Orange Moldova

For Orange Moldova, 2007 was a year of change - not only did the company, formerly known as SA Voxtel, adopt its new name, but it saw a massive boom in traffic, market share, penetration and multimedia. The changes required by this rebranding to Orange Moldova, as well as the this tremendous shift in the magnitude of business, were supported by CBOSS Corporation.

The success of the company's re-branding benefited from the joint efforts of the operator and CBOSS Corporation. CBOSS is Orange's preferred partner in Moldova, providing billing of prepaid clients (83% of the total customer base) and most of the core service platforms. During the initial stage, the re-branding project was thoroughly planned and developed. Two major goals of CBOSS were to ensure full compliance of Voxtel technologies with the Orange requirements and to arrange marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition, loyalty and generate new revenue streams. CBOSS Corporation completed the modification of existing technologies to ensure maximum compliance with the Orang? standards, implemented new product features and provided support for all marketing campaigns.

The rebranding launch as well as all further launches were all successful and on time thanks to the reactivity and the involvement of CBOSS teams in Orange projects.

For Moldovans, this transformative project meant wider availability and easier usage of customary and innovative mobile services. After just one year, 45% more clients joined Orange and their voice ARPU doubled while the traffic of all multimedia services was multiplied by 2 to 4 times. It is estimated that Orange garnered 80% of the market which allowed the Moldovan market to move from less than 40 to more than 58% penetration in one year. Olaf Swantee, CEO of Orange Group praised the Moldovan rebranding as the best in the France Telecom group.

From November 2006 till the end of 2007, CBOSS Corporation was implementing and supporting all further project stages. CBOSS experts have worked to make sure that the Orange group's mobile TV offer will be launched in record time.
