RGK Mobile has announced a new direct mobile operator billing agreement with BITE, a telecommunications company serving subscribers in Lithuania and Latvia.
BITE is receiving an end-to-end solution including a new content subscription and distribution process and direct billing services from RGK, which provides digital content subscription services and mobile payment aggregation.
The agreement offers BITE a new revenue channel, and frees the operator from managing local service licensing and customer support, while still maintaining complete control over the subscription process and billing. RGK’s mobile technology platform seamlessly integrates cloud-based software with BITE’s existing systems via an API, allowing the operator access to a customisable content management and monitoring toolkit.
The agreement enables BITE to offer subscribers new high-quality content services with ongoing updates at no additional fees. RGK Mobile’s LetMeDance, Wellness Energy and TonePlus will be the first services distributed under the new agreement. BITE subcribers can purchase content services with one click in a fully secure process, with no forms to fill out or personal data and credit card information to submit.
The RGK Mobile solution greatly simplifies subscription billing for BITE, by integrating its aggregated payment system into the operator’s existing billing system. Subscription requests go directly to BITE’s billing system, leveraging pre-populated subscriber data in a faster and simpler process that results in significantly higher subscriber conversions. In addition, the system provides BITE with a fraud monitoring and elimination solution.
Roman Taranov, Co-founder and CEO RGK, said: “[BITE} have led the way in staying ahead of the many rapid changes we’ve seen in the telecommunications world in recent years, particularly in Europe. We share a commitment to exceptional customer service as well, which is another important factor in making this a great fit, for both sides.”
