International remittances have been the fastest growing product offering for telcos offered through their Mobile Money operations. 2015 saw a series of groundbreaking partnerships for cross-border remittances between Africa's largest competing telcos, as well as with major international partners like eServe Global, WorldRemit and Chitoro. This trend will continue through 2016 as consumers grow to expect instant mobile-to-mobile transfers as the standard for international remittance.
