New partnership aims to advance digital innovation in the Gulf region

Kalaam Telecom Group, a regional provider of digital infrastructure and ICT solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Silah Gulf, a customer experience and business process outsourcing provider, to jointly advance digital innovation and elevate service delivery standards across the region.

The partners say that this strategic collaboration brings together Kalaam's robust telecom, digital and cloud infrastructure with Silah Gulf's deep-rooted expertise in customer engagement and operational excellence.

The partnership aims to deliver comprehensive digital solutions that support business transformation and drive efficiency across diverse industries in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Under the terms of the partnership, both companies will collaborate on developing integrated digital services — with a particular focus on unified communications, fixed telecom, and cloud-based platforms — tailored to the evolving needs of government and enterprise clients.

Headquartered in Bahrain for over 19 years, Kalaam Telecom has developed a strong regional footprint made possible through its strategic acquisitions. It is now a one-stop solutions provider expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Jordan to cater more efficiently to regional enterprises.

Among its offerings, Kalaam Carrier Solutions, its focused carrier brand, is one of the largest regional networks covering 80% of the MENA region, while Kalaam’s  terrestrial network KNOT connects the GCC countries. The network further connects into the EIG submarine cable that spans more than 12 countries.

Also headquartered in Bahrain, Silah launched in 2009, as a joint venture in the Middle East by Bahrain’s government and Mumtalakat, the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain. It has operations in Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
