Bangaldeshi market leader Grameenphone has launched a new data retail engine from Tango Telecom.

The Tango DRE integrates intelligent campaign management and actionable analytics, enabling Grameenphone to enhance every subscriber’s experience in real-time by using predictive data analysis to drive marketing. The solution automates the process of selecting and delivering targeted incentives and promotions: ensuring that the right offer always reaches the right subscriber at the right time. By ensuring that each subscriber interaction is contextual and relevant, Grameenphone benefits from increased service adoption and increased subscriber loyalty.
