Kuwait Airways announced on Monday it has signed a joint cooperation protocol with stc Kuwait to explore ways to integrate digital services in the telecoms and aviation sectors in ways that can benefit customers of both companies.
Under the agreement, stc and Kuwait Airways will collaborate in several areas, such as providing joint services with exclusive benefits that will enrich the customer experience.
The two companies will also exchange technical expertise, particularly for developing digital systems and communication solutions through global companies such as Oracle, one of stc’s strategic partners, to enhance operational efficiency and improve QoS across both sectors.
The agreement also includes provisions for joint marketing campaigns for whatever services they develop, and joint CSR initiatives such as environmental, educational, and social programs.
“This protocol between Kuwait Airways and stc comes within the framework of expanding our cooperation to new horizons and levels, enhancing the achievement of shared goals, and fostering the exchange of expertise across various fields, such as technology, air transport, communications and others,” said Captain Abdulmohsen Salem Al-Fagaan, chairman of Kuwait Airways, in a statement.
“This protocol opens new horizons for innovation and development, as we work together to explore and implement the latest technologies in both the aviation and telecommunication sectors,” added stc CEO Muataz Abdullah Aldharrab. “We believe that cooperation between leading companies in Kuwait is key to achieving excellence and leadership at the regional level.”
