e& UAE and Honeywell to offer 5G field solutions for SMBs

e& UAE announced on Tueday it has signed a performance partner program agreement with Honeywell to deploy pre-configured, mobile-first 5G and AI-enabled solutions tailored for the UAE’s private sector.

Under the agreement, e& UAE and Honeywell will focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), including retailers, offering pre-packaged, easily deployable digital tools that promise to simplify digital transformation across sectors and help enterprises streamline operations, boost efficiency and remove digital barriers.

The partnership leverages e&’s 4G/5G network infrastructure and machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity with Honeywell’s industrial-grade hardware, automation software, and AI analytics platforms.

The offerings include connected workforce solutions with Honeywell’s mobile devices connected to e&'s 4G/5G M2M network to enable field teams and business users to work directly from a mobile device without relying on back-office systems, as well as plug-and-play digital kits for SMBs powered by e&'s device-as-a-service (DaaS) model that digitise core workflows such as inventory, sales and asset management.

E&UAE and Honeywell will also offer built-in analytics and AI-driven dashboards that provide real-time performance data and predictive insights, smart barcode and QR code integration, and customised vertical solutions for sector-specific SMB use cases, such as logistics hubs, facilities management and field services.

“We’re delivering intelligent, connected solutions that empower SMB customers to optimise operations, enhance safety, and unlock new levels of efficiency in real time,” said Fadi Shanaah, senior VP for enterprise sales at e& UAE, in a statement.
