GTT and PLDT Collaborate to Expand Service Offerings

GTT Communications and Filipino operator PLDT have announced a reciprocal relationship that will enable them to expand service reach and capabilities for their respective customers worldwide.

The arrangement allows PLDT to leverage GTT’s global Tier 1 IP network, which is ranked in the top five worldwide, as well as its diverse suite of cloud networking services including Ethernet, VPLS and MPLS (IP VPN), to securely connect its multinational clients to the cloud-based applications they require. In addition to networking capabilities, GTT provides PLDT with managed services, including multilayered security services and full network management and monitoring.

Collaborating with PLDT allows GTT to increase its reach in the Philippines and Southeast Asia with IP, Ethernet and MPLS services. This enhanced presence aligns with GTT’s recent expansion in the region.
