AIS partners with Samsung and Bolttech for new device protection service

Thai operator AIS has teamed up with Samsung and insurance provider Bolttech to launch a new smartphone and tablet protection service aimed at offering comprehensive support for device users.

In a statement, AIS said the new service provides “all-in-one” coverage, including free annual screen replacements, unlimited repairs with no claim value limits, up to two device swaps per year, and one full device replacement annually.

AIS customers using Samsung devices will also benefit from access to official Samsung service centres. The subscription will be available from July 22 at AIS stores and authorised retail partners.

Prapat Siangjan (pictured, left), chief retail management officer at AIS, said: “This service offers comprehensive benefits from both AIS Care+ and Samsung Care+, covering every aspect of device usage. It is designed to enhance customer confidence, providing greater peace of mind, convenience, and value in all respects.”
