Azur Congo Brazzaville, a subsidiary of group operator Bintel Ltd, has increased its investment in Redknee’s billing and customer care solution in response to the fast customer acquisition it has experienced since it launched in September 2010.

Since launching its Azur Congo operation in September 2010, Bintel Group has experienced rapid growth that has disrupted the highly competitive mobile market in the Republic of Congo. Redknee’s Turnkey Converged Billing (TCB) solution has enabled Azur Congo to achieve the benefits of a fully converged real-time billing and customer care platform such as delivering a high-value subscriber experience by quickly launching targeted promotions and services and the ability to offer electronic, prepaid wireless airtime top-ups.
