An international competitive carrier in Israel has deployed a convergent prepaid and postpaid charging solution from LogNet Systems.

The carrier  -TelZar 019 – has selected LogNet to deploy its MaxBill product suite so that it will be able to provide its customers with both prepaid and postpaid telecommunication services.

The MaxBill system provides TelZar 019 with real-time coverage of its billing and charging process, including intercarrier settlement, retail billing, calling card and voucher management, Radius-based convergent charging and invoicing. MaxBill also applies profile management policies on calls in real-time to control credit limits for postpaid customers in order to prevent bill shock and fraudulent usage. The solution from LogNet Systems also includes customer management and product catalogue features.
