XL Axiata deploys Qvantel Digital BSS for FTTH in Indonesia

Indonesia’s XL Axiata has implemented Qvantel’s Digital BSS solution for fixed line (fibre-to- the-home).
The operator is pushing its XL Home offering as a solution to rapid fibre growth in Indonesia. With Qvantel’s technologies, the operator aims to deliver superior digital experiences to its customers, unified across care and commerce while simplifying operations and reducing costs.
The deployment of the new Digital BSS solution was delivered in a record time of 150 days, including data migration from the legacy system. Qvantel will continue to support this with additional extensions of functionality and continuous services.
The Digital BSS solution helps XL Axiata to optimise customer journeys across various touchpoints, enable faster time to market, improve service activation time to enhance customer experiences and increase business efficiency with process automation.
