On Telecom gets ISPM assurance for Brazilian ops

Newcomer Brazilian operator On Telecom is launching a range of broadband services for residential customers in Sao Paulo and the surrounding environment using wireless LTE / 4G spectrum to provide high-bandwidth connectivity.

The operator, which plans to extend the fixed-mobile service to other regions across the country, will support the launch with a Frameworx-compliant service assurance solution provided by ISPM.

“On Telecom is bringing innovative LTE services to residential households in Brazil and it’s exciting for ISPM to be helping deliver and drive this innovation” said Bruno Musa, CTO at ISPM. “With NetVision, On Telecom will be able to more efficiently manage its network and ensure consistent service performance for its customers and to evolve its service portfolio.”

Fernando Secali, VP of Engineering and Operations at On Telecom, said: “NetVision delivers actionable business intelligence through customised dashboards and reports to our executive team. This means that we have complete integration of business and technical information helping us make better decisions and deliver outstanding services.”

ISPM will provide essential support for the expansion of On Telecom’s network and service offer. In the next phase of growth, On Telecom will add the Broadband Technical Manager module, which will enable the operational team to measure customer experience in real-time. NetVision will also be fully integrated with the company’s CRM solution, ensuring that the needs of customers and operational staff are fully aligned.
