Connectivity solutions provider iBASIS announced it was selected as Caribbean-based operator Paradise Mobile’s international gateway partner.
Under the three-year deal, iBASIS will serve as the exclusive partner for outgoing international voice traffic from Paradise Mobile’s network to overseas locations, and incoming traffic from international destinations to Paradise Mobile’s network.
iBASIS said that with access to its global network, Paradise Mobile will be able to deliver increased cost efficiency, premium voice quality and enhanced fraud protection through its solutions.
Paradise Mobile Chief Regulatory and Partnerships Officer, Cesar Cabarcos, said the deal enables iBASIS “the scalability and agility to compete and grow in the region”.
