Amdocs has signed a multi-year services contract with Globe Telecom for continuous enhancement of the service provider’s operations.
According to the agreement, Amdocs Intelligent Operations will assist Globe, one of the Philippines’ largest telecommunications providers, in managing third-party systems and cloud management solutions. This includes modernising and running IT operations for multiple lines of businesses, including prepaid and postpaid mobile services, fixed-line broadband, and enterprise services.
Furthermore, with Amdocs Intelligent Operations, Globe Telecom is embracing artificial intelligence, chatbots, and machine learning technologies to increase business agility and flexibility. The automation will enable faster resolution of issues and better customer experience. As a result, Globe Telecom will be able to expedite its digital journey while reducing costs, and innovating and launching new services to deliver compelling experiences to customers.
