GTS Poland has commissioned Comarch to provide its Convergent Billing tool in order to improve its billing process and facilitate the swift launch of new services.
As one of Poland’s market leading communications carriers, GTS is under pressure to launch new services while improving the automation of its processes. Comarch’s system provides a range of advanced capabilities, especially for marketing, finance and billing as well as IT departments. Furthermore, it will help to fulfil the requirements for system stability and compliance with industry standards.
”One of the reasons why GTS chose Comarch was due to the opportunity to attain heightened and more reliable billing-related information for increasing customer satisfaction and first call resolution rates. The project enables quick and reliable product profitability analysis, as well as improved billing accuracy. Additionally, it allows for increased billing process reliability and precision while minimizing the amount of billing issues, CRM and billing system integration and process automation.
The following services will be delivered to GTS: implementation of Comarch Convergent Billing, data migration from the legacy system, integration with third party systems, as well as maintenance and support.
