MobilArt, a digital B2B and B2C solutions provider based in India, the Middle East and South Africa and specialising in mobile content, has partnered mobile solutions firm SLA Mobile to offer direct operator billing as a payment option to its customers.
MobilArt offers a wide range of content including web, mobile games, social and multimedia, building and managing brand partnerships to create long-term value for customers.
Gurmeet Singh, director at MobilArt, said the partnership with SLA Mobile would allow MobilArt to create long-term value for mobile subscribers, bringing those without bank cards into the fold.
“This means that we can access customers that were previously hard to reach due to lack of credit or debit card details,” he said.
The company said direct operator billing is one of the more secure mobile billing methods available as transactions are charged to the user’s monthly bill or deducted from prepaid credit.
It does not require bank account or credit card information, offering the mobile subscriber peace of mind that their personal information is safe.
