One of Kyrgyzstan’s leading operators is augmenting its 4G/LTE offering, allowing subscribers to broaden the use of their connections. Saima Telecom is providing Dovado’s Tiny router, which uses a 4G/LTE USB modem to extend a connection beyond one computer via Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
This news follows on from Saima's commercial LTE network launch on December 9th 2011, serving customers in and around the nation's capital Bishkek. The router, which is for home and business use, is the world's smallest 4G/LTE-capable USB router and has facilitated several 4G/LTE deployments.
"We are very pleased to be able to suggest to our customers a simple, small and very reliable device", said Ruslan Burangulov, CEO of Saima Telecom.
"Having witnessed the world's first 4G deployments only two years ago in Scandinavia, we are excited that it has now become a global standard, making its way into new markets each week," said Erik Arthur, CEO of Dovado FZ-LLC.
