Mobilis Algeria Telecom, one of the country’s leading operators with 30% market share is enhancing messaging services to attract new customers, boost user experience and improve quality of service. British firm Acision has been selected to deploy the advanced messaging platform which will offer consumers a personalized messaging service.
Mobilis’ strategy looks to drive customer acquisition and retention by providing premium services. The Acision messaging platform will enable Mobilis to offer customers a more featured and individualised messaging service. Acision’s enhanced messaging solution will offer features such as SMS forwarding and auto-reply.
The new platform aims to enhance services as customer demands change and support growth as uptake increases. An advanced management system is to allow Mobilis to monitor service performance and usage, and provide customer service assistance on the web.
