Xtrim selects Qvantel to modernise BSS in Ecuador

Ecuadorian operator Xtrim has selected Qvantel’s digital BSS solution as it seeks to modernise its TV, fibre broadband and telecoms services.
Qvantel will supply its digital BSS solution from its Flex Suite, an AI-driven full BSS and monetiszation stack that offers a no/low code configuration over customisation approach. This will provide Xtrim with greater agility to innovate, providing it with new revenue streams. In addition to its solution, Qvantel will also deliver associated services including the migration of Xtrim’s B2B and B2C customers to its platform.
Xtrim’s legacy stacks will be consolidated, providing the operator with a single system for all services for all customer types. This will afford it a single view of the customer, enabling a better customer experience at all touch points as well as an integrated platform to upsell existing and new offerings.
