A new agreement will extend an international top up service for China across the world, allowing Chinese living abroad to recharge the credit of their relatives in their homeland.  China Unicom’s Guangxi branch is partnering with ezetop to provide the service.

After nearly two years’ close collaboration, the partnership led to the customer development of a bespoke platform which links Guangxi Unicom’s top up platform together with ezetop’s global recharge platform, to ensure guaranteed transaction delivery to China Unicom subscribers within a few seconds.

ezetop provides mobile phone top up services to more than 190 mobile operators around the world including the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and Asia.

David Shackleton, ezetop's Chief Commercial Officer said: "We have greatly enjoyed working together with the Guangxi Unicom teams to develop the first international recharge platform in China, deploying the most advanced recharge technologies to deliver a simple and instant service to the estimated 40 million Chinese outside China, so they can send immediate support to their families across the breadth of the country.”
