Show.me delivering CEM solutions to Zain in Kuwait

Zain Kuwait is deploying new marketing solutions from Show.me across Kuwait.

The Show.me smart Apps will provide Zain’s marketing team with a fast, flexible and cost effective way to gain deep insight into their data that specifically meets its immediate, critical business needs. Show.me smart Apps can be run at any time for quick, on-demand analytics, allowing teams to react to market changes, competitor activity or customer demand.

“As the leading telecoms company in Kuwait it’s critical that we continue to look at new ways of understanding and reacting to consumer behaviour across our network and that we continue to offer innovative new services,” says Nabeel Mohammad, CTO at Zain Kuwait. “The Show.me project is a strategic undertaking to drive greater network data monetisation as well as to offer additional customer value-add services.”

Show.me’s Web and Subscriber Awareness Apps allow Zain to easily highlight consumer interactions online, addressing the operator’s strategic need to uncover subscribers’ behavioural patterns and quickly turn them into data monetisation opportunities.

“There is so much consumer information available to operators now but it is worthless if they can’t access the right information when they need it or show an immediate return on investment. We’ve taken a fundamental new approach to network analytics and provide just the meaningful critical data”, said Emanuele Vespignani, CEO at Show.me Corp

The Show.me solution is telecom grade, designed to minimise complexity, while maintaining the lowest total cost of ownership through an innovated on-demand approach.
