Business service suite goes live in Nigeria via cloud

One of Nigeria’s leading IT support firms is now offering SMEs and start-up businesses a suite of cloud communications services. The omniCLOUD service provided by OutsourceIT offers a range of communications tools that can increase processes and productivity, including personal and shared mailboxes, calendars and contacts; push email, calendaring and contacts; secure cloud storage; and secure instant messaging.

The services can be accessed via smart devices – including tablet computers – as well as PCs and Macs, and can be used wherever an internet connection is available, allowing mobile works to benefit from the same collaboration tools being used in their offices.

OutsourceIT's unified communications service, omniCLOUD, is powered by the CommuniGate Systems Unified Communications Hosting Platform. "More and more businesses are looking to the Cloud as an alternative to hosting information systems themselves, thus enabling them to concentrate on their core business" says Carlo Petrolo, South Europe, Middle East & Africa Manager for CommuniGate Systems. "Technologies our platform allow service providers to meet the communication and collaboration needs of these businesses, securely, affordably and effortlessly".
