The first Israeli mobile operator to partner with MVNO carriers has selected a new integrated end-to-end billing solution for MVNOs. Pelephone Communications has chosen MIND’s convergent billing and customer care solution for full support of its MVNE (mobile virtual network enabler) operations.

MIND’s platform can easily be configured to accommodate multiple providers, allowing Pelephone to expand in Israel’s telecom market – the operator has been selected by a number of new carriers since December 2010. The solution can run alongside any existing billing systems.

Shimon Hertz, Pelephone's VP Information Technology commented: "We have chosen MIND as its complete platform provides the flexibility needed as we develop the MVNO operations.”
