The solutions provider Turkcell Technology – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Turkish market leader Turkcell – is launching a new solution which enables mobile network operators to identify and predict real-time business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction with new and innovative location-based services.

The highly available and scalable complex event processing solution is able to support a huge volume of network data and capture real-time streaming information from mobile networks.

Deployed at Turkcell, the solution is able to process multiple event streams to detect patterns and trends in real time, allowing the operator to identify and predict trends based on real-time subscriber events from mobile devices with SMS text message temporal relevance to provide customers with a wide range of targeted services and promotions

Semih ?nceday?, General Manager, Turkcell Technology, said: “We were able to build a solution that enables mobile operators to detect patterns and trends in real-time across many event streams to create new and innovative services for their subscribers and increase revenue generating opportunities.”
